Welcome to Rare Ave. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rare Ave website, including browsing products, placing orders, creating an account, submitting product requests, posting reviews, and using other services made available through the website.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Multi-Buy Savings
Rare Ave currently offers an automatic Multi-Buy discount on eligible merchandise based on the total eligible merchandise quantity in the cart:
- 1 item: 5% OFF
- 2 items: 8% OFF
- 3 or more items: 12% OFF
The discount is automatically calculated using the current merchandise price, including an applicable sale price.
The Multi-Buy discount does not apply to shipping charges or taxes.
Eligibility, product availability, and promotional rules may affect whether a discount applies.
7. Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the products shown in your cart.
An order is not guaranteed to be accepted merely because it has been submitted.
Rare Ave may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Shipping-address problems
- Legal or operational restrictions
If an accepted order must be cancelled by Rare Ave after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be handled according to the payment and refund process available for that order.
8. Customer Cancellation Requests
If you want to cancel an order, contact Rare Ave as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible before an order enters processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, Rare Ave cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
If cancellation is no longer possible, any eligible return must follow the Refund Policy.
9. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout when payment services are enabled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Payment authorization, processing, settlement, and declined-payment handling may depend on the payment provider used for the transaction.
Rare Ave does not currently make public commitments regarding specific payment providers before those services are formally enabled.
10. Taxes
Taxes, if applicable, may be calculated or displayed according to applicable laws and the store configuration in effect at the time of purchase.
Rare Ave does not currently make a public commitment that all prices include or exclude every possible tax before production tax settings are finalized.
11. United States Shipping
Rare Ave currently sells and ships within the United States.
Eligible orders receive Free U.S. Shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are typically prepared or shipped within 24 hours after they are successfully placed.
Estimated delivery is generally 5–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Holidays
- Address issues
- Operational circumstances outside Rare Ave's reasonable control
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an address correction is needed, contact Rare Ave as soon as possible.
12. Returns
A return request must generally be submitted within 7 days after receipt of the order.
To be eligible for an approved return, an item must generally be:
- New
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unaltered
- In its original condition
- Returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable
Customers must contact Rare Ave before sending a return.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
For ordinary approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Rare Ave will cover applicable return shipping costs.

13. No Exchanges
Rare Ave does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, the customer may complete the return and place a separate new order for another item or size.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The time required for funds to appear after a refund is issued may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Rare Ave does not control external payment-provider processing times.
15. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact Rare Ave as soon as reasonably possible.
Rare Ave will review the issue and, when approved, provide an appropriate return or resolution process.
Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
16. Product Requests
Rare Ave provides a Product Request feature that allows users to submit information about products they would like Rare Ave to review.
Submitting a Product Request does not guarantee:
- Product sourcing
- Product availability
- Product listing
- A response within a specific time
- Future sale of the requested product
A Product Request only confirms that the submission has been received for review when the website displays the corresponding confirmation.
17. Product Reviews and User Content
Rare Ave may allow users to submit product reviews, ratings, and other content.
When submitting content, you agree not to submit content that is:
- Unlawful
- Fraudulent
- Abusive
- Threatening
- Defamatory
- Infringing
- Misleading
- Spam

Reviews may be subject to moderation.
Where supported by WooCommerce, a verified-owner label may be shown only when the platform confirms that status.
By submitting a review or other content intended for public display, you grant Rare Ave permission to display, reproduce, format, and use that submitted content in connection with operating and presenting the website, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

The Rare Ave website, its original site design, layout, text, graphics, software, and Rare Ave branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
